All products must be in new, uninstalled condition, and in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to the manufacturer.

A refund will be issued once the item is received. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. All lighting purchases are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We are unable to accept returns on parts and light bulbs.

Eris treats the back-lit mirror as a lighting fixture first and a reflective surface second. The light traces a controlled glow behind the glass, creating depth rather than surface brightness. Three color temperature settings shift the character of the room from morning warmth to afternoon clarity, while the mirror finish frame disappears into its own surface, keeping the focus entirely on the light.
