At this time we do not accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders for online purchases. If you would like to pay with a gift certificate, please call one of our showroom locations during normal business hours.

Secure Shopping

You can shop at FanDiego.com online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
  • Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Order Confirmation

After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours confirming receipt of your order and associated order number.

You may receive updates via email as the status of your order progresses.

International Orders:

Fan Diego does not ship orders internationally, online orders are only fulfilled within the continental US.

Order Cancellations

If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return your product once it arrives. See return process.

Order Returns or Exchanges

All products must be in new, uninstalled condition, and in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to the manufacturer. A refund will be issued once the item is received. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. All lighting purchases are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We are unable to accept returns on parts and light bulbs.

All merchandise must be returned in original condition for refund, less shipping costs.

  • Shrink wrap and screw packs intact
  • Wires uncut / unaltered
  • Free of scratches and/or defects
  • Non-installed or assembled
  • Original packaging

Back Orders

Periodically due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, the item may be placed on backorder status. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, you will be notified by a customer service specialist within 24 hours, who will provide you with date of back order release, alternative items to replace back ordered item, or the option to cancel your order.
